How Our Payment Works

CREDIT cARDS

For orders and samples valued up to $1500 USD, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and all other credit or debit cards. Please note that since we use overseas card processors, the amount charged to your card may differ slightly from the USD value shown at checkout due to international exchange rates, which are beyond our control. Additionally, your bank may impose an international transaction fee, which is a charge by your bank and not related to us.

BANK TRANSFERS

For orders over $1500 USD, payment must be made via bank transfer. Select bank transfer as your payment method, and we will email you our bank details within 24 hours to facilitate your payment. Orders will not be shipped until we receive cleared funds in our account. All payments must be made online via credit card or bank transfer. No other forms of payment are accepted. All payments for goods must be made via international wire transfer directly to our bank account. Your order will be shipped once we receive the payment in our account. To avoid any misunderstandings, please contact us by phone or email after making a payment and send us a scanned proof of payment from your bank, so we can release your order for shipping immediately. You are responsible for all bank transfer fees, and we will ship your order once your payment is received.

Cancellations of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us before your order reaches the status of “Awaiting ASIA / EU Shipping” or “Awaiting ASIA / EU Shipping Tracked.” Once your order reaches one of these statuses, it cannot be amended or cancelled. An administration cancellation fee of 10% of your order total will apply.
